Our handmade collections are made in Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia. When an item is purchased we use tracked post to make sure your order arrives safely, usually 3 - 7 days depending on your location in Australia.

 


Shipping within Australia:

We have 2 types of shipping rates available:

- Tracked Post 
- Express Post

Shipping to the USA:

We have 2 types of shipping rates available:

- Economy Air - $22 (AUD) 
- Standard Rate - $30 (AUD)

Other International:

These shipping rates are calculated by Australia Post, we also offer Free Postage for any orders over $100.

 

Returns Policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
- Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Post items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders;

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
